This title song of "Tehkikat" renews my all memories of childhood...such a nice shows were coming on doordarshan...In those days we were really crazy for TV...as limited time for "PRASARAN"....only one channel....these days TV is running 24 hrs...No craze..
Soooo good shows were coming Tehkikat...byomkesh bakshi...and how can we forget about "Surabhi", chitrhaar...Rangoli....and only one movie was coming..for which whole family sit together and watch ...some time neighbors were also joining..and in the movie also..movie was coming for such a short time and advertisement was coming for long time....
I can remember when Ramayan was coming first time...roads were empty for that one hour and people were really understanding Arun govil as "Ram bhagwan" and "Deepika" as "Sita"....where that innocence gone?
I don't think that any of today's telecast have that level of popularity...Only KBC first has tried to touch that...but not at that extent....
chitrhar was coming on every Friday ..I think 7:30..so much craze for that....Now chitrhaar is running all the time...
really good time..and songs coming on doordarshan was really amazing..."Mile sur mera tumhara"..."Ek chidya...".."Mehnat karna seekho...."...
I am not saying that if we are really moved ahead in technology then it is bad...but I can say...that this is a good example of the saying that "khana kam hota hai toh jada tasty lagta hai" i.e. when we are having any thing less..then we really feel crazy about that.... :-)

Corruption - Our role in improving this disease of our country....
Six months back...when I was relocating from Noida to Bangalore due to my marriage :-)
I need to transfer my Gas connection from Noida to Bangalore...So me and my "would be" went to INDANE office Noida...there I asked what is the process of getting GAS CONNECTION transfered from one city to another...first the person sitting in office told me that it is not possible if the connection is not six months old..But when I said to him that I was being told at the time of connection that there is no time constraint...then he told me that new rules has come up..then I again argued that new rules needs to be followed on those connection who has taken connection after that new rule came in the picture....Then he said to me "chaliye bahar chal k baat karte hai"...
We came outside...he said to me .."Madam bahut kathin hai yeh karna..kyonki time bhi toh jada nahi hua na aapke connection ko ..par mera roz ka uthna baithna hai bade logo k stah toh main kar toh doonga par dekhiye 500 RS LAGENGE...." I got to understand that he is befooling me with the new rules...So I asked to another person he was also asking for the money by saying that my documents are not complete... It wasted our 2 hours for making some money from us…
Then fortunately one person from customer side who was listening our conversation with INDANE people told me that if you go to IOL office main branch, Noida and meet to the higher people if they approve then It will be transferred...
And We went to IOL, Main branch and talked to higher management...and told that due to my marriage I need to transfer my GAS Connection...shown her my marriage card..my resignation letter from Noida office.. and Bangalore residence proof, then she approved it and my connection get transferred...It was just a work of 5 mintues for her…
I am not saying that I have pre decided that I'll not be a part of "CORRUPTION"...but it just happened naturally...that day I realized that although it is true that we cannot remove "CORRUPTION" from our country...but we can deny to be a part of it....I know my contribution is .00000000......1% (almost negligible) but it is one incident on which I can write/say something...
And also from that day I have decided that I'll always try to get my work done through a right way...
We can at least try our level best to make our country if not "FREE FROM CORRUPTION" then at least "LESS CORRUPTED"...
